Joshua Sadr, of Manassas, got into an argument with another driver on Monday, June 20, which led to the threats, the Prince William County police said. The other driver, a 33-year-old man, said he snatched up the spot in the 9500 block of Loma Drive just after 10 p.m.
But just after he parked his car, Sadr rushed him and shoved a knife in his face, a police report said. He made several threats about what he would do with the weapon before he ran back to his car and sped away, the report said.
Officers arrested him at his home on Tuesday and charged him with attempted malicious wounding, police said. He was being held without bond, the report notes.
